This will depend on your workers, your projects, and more. So a rough plan might not include all the details but it would help you plan everything out more smoothly. 

Choose a Reputable Licensed and Insured Company

It’s a risk if you’re considering hiring people that aren’t licensed and insured. License and insurance can ensure you that the company is the real deal. Moreover, they can be liable for defects, damages, or negligence.
